About the Pueblo Celtic Heritage Club

The Celtic Heritage Club (CHC) was originally established in 1985 by Joe Lenihan as the Pueblo Irish Club, The Celtic Heritage Club works to share, and celebrate the history and contributions of Puebloans descended from the Celtic peoples of Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, Brittany, and the Isle of Man.

We work to carry on the legacy of our Celtic ancestors who helped build Pueblo by hosting various social and educational events, as well as charitable projects to better our community.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining club rosters.
• Communicating with members on upcoming events and other club business.
• Taking part in strategic planning on the future priorities of CHC.
• Other projects based on interests and as we finalize the upcoming year's priorities.
• Assist with event planning.

Requirements

• Attend most general meetings, which are usually held on Saturdays.
• Comfortable communicating over email, phone, and text.
• Becoming a member of CHC.
• Celtic ancestry and/or a strong interest in the history of Celtic people in Pueblo.
